    Bel espace pour un hotel en France. Confort agréable Calme

    La télévision n'a pas fonctionné de tout le week-end il y a eu une fuite d'eau dans le couloir pendant tout mon séjour Il y avait un bol pour recueillir l'eau qui coulait du plafond au comptoir de réception pendant tout mon séjour La lampe de l'entrée de l'appartement n'a pas fonctionné du samedi soir au dimanche et il n'y a pas de service prévu ces journées là. Ce n'était pas l'ampoule mais un fusible qui avait sauté.

    "excllent position/ walking distance from town centre and good metro/ bus links excellent accomodation /ideal for travellers working or short stay breakfast can be taken in dining room but facilities are very easy to use large supermarket within 15 minutes walking distance or 5 by car with parking nearby I wil certainly use the chain again " (107168770)

    excellent facilities, very good price as we had a special offer/ kitchen and bathroom well equipped and room very comfortable and very clean/ quiet on street side/ noisy by motorway large bay windows bed can turn into soffa to create more room pleasntly suprised at standard good access and parking facilities outside as well as undergound garage very quiet on teh side of teh road

    directions very unclear and needed to indicate exit from ring road as access to heotel is really off peripherique we had to cross whole town and got stuck into one way system a good thing I rang hotel before as the address does not figure yet on maps the road only built 2 years ago reception closed between 12.30 and 3 pm none at reception after 3 had to try the door after 15 minutes wasted time the check in was not speedy one girl sitting in an office talking calls as well as trying to locate booking reference it took 20 minutes for the next person it would have been 45 minutes!! not acceptable can it be explained to future clients that it is a block of rooms and the reception is not manned you actually have to step into a side office not clear when you are waitng outside the see through door, You have to pay to collect key welcome quite pleasant but interrupted by many phone calls

    La formule est excellente et je retounerais très volontiers cher vous.

    Le seul point négatif est le mauvais fonctionnement et la fragilité des douches et toilettes. Sinon j'aurais coché excellent presque partout. Mais l'inconvénient reste minime compte tenu des avantages de la formule.

    Proximité du centre de loisir (Grand Palais). Prix. Personnel aimable. Extras (cuisine équipée, vaisselle etc...).

    Lit inconfortable: 2 matelas d'une personne dans un lit convertible double qui grinçait au moindre mouvement. Mauvaise information (nous avons dû prendre le petit déjeuner dans la chambre car on nous avait communiqué 8h-10h alors que c'était 7h-9h). La cabine de douche n'était pas vraiment pratique (porte qui ferme mal donc petite inondation en dehors; pas assez de pression de la douchette, support mural de la douchette qui se déboite; bouchon du lavabo pas assez hermétique ce qui fait que l'eau s'évacuait). De plus l'attente en réception était très longue puisque personne au point accueil, il fallait s'adresser au bureau situé à coté mais rien ne l'indiquait. Porte-manteaux mal situé (au dessus du dévidoir à papier hygiénique). Des cintres, mais pas de penderie. Juste une armoire à étagères.

    Everything was new and clean.

    We have to search about 2 hours before we could find the hotel because the name of the street was not on the navigator and we did n't have the name of the main street and it was not actually in the center of Lille.

    "After all the difficulty in finding the hotel, it was good to find the room comfortable, clean and well-appointed, as well as being in a good location with regard to the city centre." (99134915)

    Very comfortable and clean room.safe parking.good location but see below.

    Almost impossible to find from the instructions given.Even the local police did not know where it was!The street name on the booking form did not exist in the street guide and it took us 45 minutes driving around and asking people before we luckily spotted it from the slip road onto the ring motorway!Also, the shower door did not close properly and consequently the bathroom floor got soaked every time someone had a shower.
