    "Enjoyable. A very pleasant hotel with a calm and civilised ambience." (97506438)

    Elegant building with spacious , simply furnished but spotlessly clean room. Quiet location; easy parking. Good location , near to Vielle Ville and restaurants. (And to a Monoprix! )

    A shade expensive for the general level of facilities ( eg unable to get a cup of coffee out of restaurant hours). Internet ?

    Room very small, facing tiny courtyard, with scaffolding directly in front of the window; room would rather be suitable for single person than a couple; only one set of towels in the room on arrival, but additional towels were added when we asked for them

    Mauvais éclairage dans la salle de bain surtout pour le maquillage. Manque de miroir dans la chambre. Odeur de tabac froid.

    "Bonne réception du personnel d'accueil et de leurs divers renseignements. Personnel d'étage également sans reproche. Une des questions que l'on peut se poser lors de la réservation d'une chambre est l'aspect de cette dernière au premier coup d'oeil (disposition de l'ameublement, sentiment de vide ou, au contraire , entassement et exiguité. Fort logiquement, la propreté de la moquette qui joue à 80% en négatif lors de la vue de taches innombrables. N'ayant ni déjeuné ni soupé au restaurant, aucun avis ne sera donné. Idem pour les petits déjeuners du matin. Ces derniers pris dans notre chambre furent fort agréablement présentés." (97288438)

    Tranquillité de l'hôtel (mais peut être est ce dû à catte partie de saison ?)

    Moquette de chambre très tachée donc pas agréable à regarder et à fouler. Peut être faudrait-il également disposer d'une petite table basse avec un fauteuil supplémentaire. Lumière de la salle de bains un peu faible et peu orientable.

    good and friendly staff, nice and clean rooms.

    I had a room without airconditioning and it was not allowed to open the window (I ignored this)

    "The hotel is very well situated and its facilities are great - all for a very reasonable price. I was particularly impressed with the quality of service from the staff, particularly a woman receptionist who covered the desk at night, and who, on the first night of our stay (which was a public holiday) moved heaven and earth to find us a restaurant which was open. We were promised a twin room, but we ended up with what looked more like a suite: the room accommodated both a double and single bed with room to spare and the toilet was (very helpfully) detached from the bathroom proper. The room was also equipped with satellite television and minibar. In addition, the hotel's public rooms were very impressive: for instance, on each floor there was a large seating area opposite the lift, which was richly and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was served in a special room and consisted of a very rich buffet. There was also internet access available on the ground floor of the hotel." (99220687)

    The building was fantastic, but, above all, the service.

    That the hotel's own restaurant was closed on a public holiday, when, needless to say, all other commercial restaurants in Belfort were also closed.
