propre,un peu cher mais idealement situé ds le centre ville,il vaut mieux pour qques euros de plus opter pour la salle de bain+wc privé que commune
escalier en bois donc un peu bruyant et porte d'entrée un peu surélevé ce qui laisse entrevoir la lumiere du palier allumé H24 pour y remédier on a du mettre une serpillere devant la porte pour gagner en obscurité

"Fair for its price, but not suitable for big luggage travellers." (97554762)
bathroom was clean (looks like recently refurbished), room was clean and tidy. Basic room, fair for its price. Location is very central, next to major interchange metro station and to a lot of eateries, restaurants, shopping.
in summer, room is a bit stuffy on hot days as we stayed at the top floor. Inconvenient for big luggage travellers as there is no lift and the stairs is very narrow. Adult shops & clubs just a few lots next to it, so it's very noisy at night.

Only the linen which was clean.
The general run down appearance, worn carpets ,dirty entrance ,no lift, couldnt care less welcome from reservation clerk. A bad experience at the end of a long days travel.would not recommend it to anyone. The picture on the web site is misleading, the stairs up are a disater area and not to be recommended for the eldery, unless oxygen is supplied.The poor condition of the toilet with a cracked and dirty cistern and the shower cubicle could not be used.

Good location and underground train station (main interchange for the train network) is just a stone away.
The fixtures and furniture are old and should have refurnished it in order to attract more customers. Price is on the high side given the minimum facilities in the room.

"Notre chambre ne donnant pas sur une rue passante, nous n'avons pas, durant la nui, été dérangés par la circulation. Le matelas était bon et la propreté des draps impeccable. Cet hôtel est tranquille, et son personnel discret, sympathique, efficace et souriant. C'est un hôtel sans prétention. Nous étions un peu inquiets car il est situé rue St-Denis, mais avons été très agréablement surpris par sa tranquillité. Les croissants du petit-déjeuner étaient très frais et délicieux." (97464193)
l'hôtel est très bien situé. Nous cherchions un hôtel près du forum des Halles, et n'avions pas besoin d'un hôtel prestigieux. L'accueil est très sympathique, nous avons pu être renseignés de manière efficace lorsque nous avons dû choisir un itinéraire.
Les 76 marches d'escalier à gravir quand, fatiqués, nous sommes rentrés.

emplacement dans le centre de Paris, vraiment très pratique!
la photo dans la présentation n'est pas conforme à la réalité.l'entrée de l'hotel est étroite et l'accueil est au premier étage.

"Some of the staff members were extremely rude. I was literally yelled at by one of the staff members when I didn't correctly follow their hopelessly contorted series of rules regarding the use of the group showers, one of which was closed so that I had to walk up four flights of stairs to get to it anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who would be relying on friendly staff to help them during their stay." (99036907)

"I thought the hotel was good value for money if your needs are a basic bed for the night. It was very central and the staff were friendly. The shower is only available from 8am to 8:30pm which is quite ridiculous as that was when we were out being tourists." (97356902)
Accomodation is basic but clean and the staff were very friendly. It's very central and the double glazed windows were amazing at keeping noise out.
It was OK having to pay for a shower but very inconvenient that it was only available from 8am to 8:30pm, prime times to be out seeing the sights etc.

El hotel esta excelentemente ubicado, si usted es un viajero que va a caminarce la ciudad, visistar museo, etc; es la ubicación es la correcta. Aparte de esto, justo abajo y hacia todas las direcciones tiene lugares de comida cerca tipo callejero y cervecerias bastante buenos en su mayoria (adecuado precio valor)
En este hotel no encontrará un descanso confortable. Las habitaciones no son comodas ni en espacio ni en cuanto a sus camas. Si usted no esta acostumbrado a compartir baño pues le reocmiendo que en este hotel no lohaga, la ducha es extramadanete mala, el WC esta muy mal ubicado y el espacio es ineficiente. El hotel cierra a media noche, lo que le quita el encanto en las noches de verano en paris...
