  sehr freundliches Personal, gut deutsch sprechend

  die Wohnung war nicht ordentlich geputzt, überall Staub und Schmutz; Ausstattung sehr mangelhaft, sowohl die Möbel als auch die Küche, z.B. 2 Töpfe aber keine Pfanne, zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Keine Gatenmöbel bzw. Außenbestuhlung um den Außenbereich der Wohnung zu nutzen. Der Pool war nie zu den angegebenen Zeiten (ab 10 Uhr) geöffnet. Oftmals erst ab Mittag.

  EXCELLENT FACILITIES VERY CONVIENIENT FOR DISNEYLAND. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

  "We would recommend this accomodation, its a far better bet than a Disney hotel. Plenty of space if you are a family." (107580536)

  Clean,modern,spacious,close to shopping centre and Disneyland.Receptionist very helpful with local knowledge.My teenage children were very pleased being able to use free internet wifi there.

  Beware difficult to find as its on a newish road which is not on sat nav maps etc. Did ask for directions by email but not received. Was not able to book in until 3.30pm this was not stated on our booking confirmation. A proper oven would be helpful as a there is only a microwave but strangely there is a dishwasher.

  "The real bugbear was the hopeless lack of any guidance to find the accomodation in the first place. No map or instructions were provided to tell us where to find the accomodation and this was not helped by the fact that none of the local roads had any name signs displayed. Also warning should be given that the road itself was only part made up." (97894527)

  Very spacious, well appointed, great value and great location - much to recommend it

  Some of the appliances didn't work properly and there were inadequate number of towels
