  Very efficient staff. Inexpensive hotel reflected in facilities.

  Noise at night from outside - wouldn't use this hotel in the summer.

  Bon accueil et propreté impeccable.

  hôtel assez bruyant, isolation des chambres mauvaise. petit déjeuner impersonnel. Déçus du service en buffet. aurions aimé un petit dej classique avec un vrai café servi à table à la hauteur du tarif pratiqué!!

  "A further chance to explore the historic town. Anne de Bretagne offers a good base for this and therefore worth thinking of for a return visit." (108198120)

  Our return stay within the week and a larger room with good outlook. Clean room and comfortable beds. Good reception for check in and departure. Staff very helpful.

  No lift in annex building (unlike the main hotel) which might be a problem if on the third floor.

  "A very good first impression of the city. Anne de Bretagne is well located in town with good views onto adjoining streets. All aspects of service were good." (108352837)

  The central location in historic St Malo was the main attraction and we came back for two more nights before flying back to the UK. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness of the room and main reception area was important. A pleasant surprise and good value

  No lift in the annex building and some steep stairs leading to a few of the rooms. Be prepared for noise from the street - vehicles unloading and late night revellers! But the windows are double glazed.

  "Good except for problem parking & difficulty getting out of walled city. Would not stop again only because of parking problem." (107317210)

  Very nice hotel

  Extreme difficulty parking which was not aware of. Also another family had been booked for our room later by internet but hotel staff soon sorted. Hotel also difficult to find without a map.

  The staff member on reception was excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast. Reception area, bar area and breakfast room tastefully decorated.

  I made the internet booking in my name, but it appeared in my guest's name. For a while I and the staff member on reception were getting a little worried that the booking had failed (despite my having a confirmation e mail), which could have been difficult as the hotel was full. Plastic undersheets on the beds. Bathroom could have been more luxurious, it was adequate.
