  "Overall very good - cannot comment on food since we didn't eat there" (108020071)

  good location near the centre and next to a tram stop - a large clean room with 2 double beds - an ice making machine in the corridor

  ac not working properly therefore too hot in room, repairs to the hotel were being carried out so a little noisy at times

  "We had a very warm welcome at reception who helped with local information on Velos and pillows. The food was excellent for our evening meal, service was marred by there being only one person to do everything. The room was clean and comfortable but the beds show signs of wear and tear.(old) Very central location and good transport links/trams. Avoided breakfast not good value." (97282416)

  Reception Staff- Spoke English very well and menus/signs etc in English were a bonus! Ice machine was great. Food was excellent and very accomodating for the children.

  Approach to restaurant is not good, loads of coat hangers, meeting in the bar, could not see if the restaurant was open. Only one member of staff serving both bar and restaurant. Not very efficient. Too expensive for gin and tonic - 9 euros each and only one bottle of tonic between 2 people. Breakfast not very good value at 13 euros per person-not a lot for your money.

  "Even though the directions to get to the hotel on the internet were terribly poor and are really in need of improvement, neither this fact ,nor the two dislikes mentioned above would have put me off staying at this hotel. The accomodation was very much to our liking, as was the freindliness and efficiency of the staff." (97237708)

  Location close to the city centre, right opposite a tram stop was extremely convenient. Car parking excellent. Very quiet, very nicely furnished accomodation.

  Checking in time was quite late in the day, and the fact that the hotel restuarant was closed at the week-end was a pity.

  "Bonne prestation." (97136595)

  Bonne situation dans la ville de Nantes, places de parking gratuites à proximité.

  Peut-être aurions-nous aimé trouvé comme dans certains hôtels, trouver une bouilloire avec de quoi se préparer un thé ou un café.
