    "hôtel agréable, accueil souriant avec une grande gentilesse, nous venons 2 fois par an et commençons à connaître les différentes prestations de l'hôtel qui sont constantes" (107648095)

    très bon accueil et petit déjeûner très copieux et varié

    prix élevé par rapport au standing de l'hôtel

    The Hotel Alexandrie was clean and the facilities were quite nice. Also, my room was very quiet and restful.

    The telephone in my room did not work according to the instructions. This could have been a major inconvenience had my stay been longer or had I had need of hotel staff.

    Hotel was clean and close to several bars / cafe / restaurants. Having a bath and shower was nice, the bathroom was very spacious. The staff spoke good english.

    The room was fine, but building work was going on outside from 10am which was very noisy. I think it may have been work going on inside the hotel as they seemed to be working on one of the downstairs rooms. The breakfast was expensive at 12EUR per person and was only a VERY basic buffet (coffee, tea, croissants, bread, cereal)

    chambre propre et agréable, petit déjeuner excellent, bon accueil

    beaucoup trop de bruits dans l'hôtel la nuit

    Good location, simple and reasonably cheap, delicious bread at breakfast, no complaints

    Bath rather small, sink plug missing, some construction work outside

    scusate ma non ce ne sono punti positivi

    al banco reception ho trovato una persona incapace, poca padronanza con le lingue ed inoltre scortese. Al mattino volevo farmi una doccia ma non cera acqua calda, alla reception mi è stato detto che di notte l'acqua calda viene chiusa. Ho pagato per essere in un 3 stelle in realtà non è nemmeno una stella. Un servizio vergognoso !!! mai più nel vs. albergo.

    "C'est pour moi le premier hôtel 3* qui mérite vraiment ses étoiles ! Ne pas hésiter à réserver là. C'est calme, les chambres sont superbes et la salle de bain grande et bien agencée. Que demander de plus ?" (97245046)

    Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Good location for onward travel.

    Propreté. Manque de réactivité (Rien!) vis à vis de la notification du manque de propreté.

    "The nicest hotel of my trip. Convenient, QUIET, clean, and comfortable. I'm 6'3 tall and most of the modular bathroom retrofits are a little too small, so a full sized bath was a big plus. The only thing you have too look for is the fact that the hotel's sign still uses the old name, so pay attention to the address and the note posted on the door." (97180460)

    It was on a small side street (almost an alley) and was _very_ quiet, yet it was very convenient to the Gare de Lyon. Full bath was a big plus.

    Well, pink (the color of the room) isn't my favorite color :) and internet access would have been nice.
