    Very comfortable beds. Very close to Palace of Versailles.

    Kitchens were semi-closed as it was France's August 'holiday season'!!! Only bar snacks available.

    very nice hotel excelent staff. Would stay again. Excellent for visiting Versailles Palace as only short walk from hotel.

    Booking stated double bed however the type of room booked was only twin. Hard to find. Note Hotel is on the main road leading up to Versailles Palace slip road on the left accesses inner road to hotel and hotel parking.Restaurant closed when we stayed as this was at a very busy vacation time seems a bit silly to be renovating kitchens

    "we didn't pay anything like the rate advertised in the hotel which would have been too much, for what we paid it was very nice and its proximity to the palace means you can get to the palace to buy tickets at 9am before the huge queue builds up." (108084177)

    Clean, quiet, nice sized room and very close to Versailles palace

    breakfast costs way too much, but couple of nice cafes 100 yds away.

    "l'offre diffusée sur le net ne mentionnait pas la possibilité de réserver des chambres ou suite d'un confort supérieur pour des prix interessants. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la salle de fitness et le hamam: propre et bien réussi du point de vue esthétique." (97135266)

    "satisfaction dans l'ensemble .Rien de bien grave qui puisse nous faire changer d'avis dans notre intention de revenir et de conseiller votre établissement pour un futur colloque" (97406586)

    l'accueil et le service en chambre.Le 5 dec au déjeuner il y a eu un pb de logiciel de cuisine moyennement géré mais dans l'ensemble ce fut bien et nous reviendrons

    le jour de notre arriveé la chasse d'eau des toilettes ne marchait pas c'est moi qui ai réparé cet incident

    We liked the location, cleanliness, and helpful concierge.

    At two Soffitels we stayed at in France, the pillows are much too big and the duvet is too warm yet no sheet is provided. We requested a smaller pillow at the first hotel the night of our arrival and were told that there was no other size. The next morning, after not sleeping well, housekeeping did find smaller pillows and also provided a sheet we could use instead of the duvet. Knowing this, when we booked at the second Soffitel we requested these two items with our reservation. Neither was provided and again were told by the night manager that no other pillow size was available, yet again housekeeping did provide one after another sleepless night.
