    "Good inexpensive accommodation and the room very clean and comfortable. The communal areas smelled of smoke which wasn´t very pleasant." (108856513)

    Family room was big enough, and facilities in the room very satisfactory. The breakfast was generally good (esp the croissants), though the orange juice was horrible.

    Our code didn´t open the gate and we couldn´t use our spanish credit card. When checking in at 11pm we could have done without those problems.

    Chambre pour 4 personnes assez grande et agréable, la literie est très correcte. Petit-déjeuner copieux pour le prix.

    "bon accueil, nous étions particulièrement nombreux à pratiquer le même sport dans l'hotel, ce qui était sympa. Le temps n'était pas avec nous, mais nous avons été trés bien accueilli alors que nous étions trés sales. Merci encore pour tout." (107867726)

    Quietness of the place, of the room.

    Check-in using the machine outside the hotel was somewhat difficult, but finally went OK.

    Tuve muchas dificultades en ubicarlo. el que fuera una ZAC, no prevista en mi GPS, me hizo perder mucho tiempo preguntando.

    Very clean on our first stay; staff very helpful when unable to honour our second booking and booked us into a nearby hotel.

    Hotel was nice and staff were helpful although we had a language barrier - my fault not theirs.

    When I booked the hotel I knew it was attached to industrial estate but didn't realise it was way at back of this estate. A car was definitely required and we didn't have one. We needed to be transported about by relatives which wasn't, at times, convenient.

    easy access, not too far from Pezenas and motorway. Very comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable room.

    Easy to find and room was large enough for whole family.

    Asked for family room but website only asked for number of adults and not persons, therefore registered two so hotel only booked two people into small room. (even though in extra information I notified them of two children and a baby so therefore requiring a cot - did not get the cot) Breakfast should be included in the price. Unable to pay by credit card (both my Mastercard and Visa) even though Holiday-Inn had no problems day after.

    "Ideal for anyone needing a clean and efficiently run hotel as a base - faultless. Super breakfast-very good value. We have recently bought a house nearby and would have no hesitattion to send our guests to Akena if we didn't have room at the house. Well done!" (97537811)

    freindly and easy to book qand reservation was confirmed on arrival with no pressure.
