  Nice, large, clean room, with 2 double beds. (Twin room was used by myself and my Son.) Excellent room rate. Hotel easy to find from motorway.

  Toilet cistern not functioning properly. "Fair" rating for booking process, is because the online booking information suggested that you needed to share a bathroom with other guests! I telephoned to check this and was assured that all rooms had en-suite toilet & shower facilities, but that additional, separate bathrooms were available on some floors. I found this quite misleading when trying to book on the internet.

  "The whole experience of staying at this hotel was excellent." (97854693)

  The room was well presented. My wife and I had two evenings in the resturant and had excellent service and meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  It would have been nice to have been able to make a cup of coffee in the room.

  "My wife and I were really pleased to have booked online but were surprised that the expected rate ('Special bed and breakfast rate available for a 2 night stay, with a tourism France guide provided with special welcome offerings on arrival and breakfast included in the room rate') was questioned by the check out staff (as not being right) and the 'guide and welcome offerings' were not provided on arrival. I felt that my integrity was being questioned..." (97945145)

  Good and clean facilities. Excellent breakfast.

  No tea and coffee-making facility.
