chambre -hygiène- confort-infrastructure-personnel-

le fait de n'ouvrir qu'à partir de 18h ou 17 h pose un gros problème pour les personnes agée s qui , après un long voyage en voiture voudrait se reposer , par exemple si l'arrivée est à 3h de l'après midi.L'ouverture n'est pas stipulée sur le site . L'enregistrement par carte bancaire n'est pas clair .

l accueil etait parfais des personnes tres sympatique et agreable!!! deplus je souhaite les remercié pour l accueil qu il a ete reservé a mon chien car il est rare de trouver des hotels qui acepte les chiens et de plus gratuitement et avec autant d'amour pour nos amis a 4 pattes!!! merci

Close to large commercial centre - excellent value for money restaurant La Mangaune within 5 mins walk of the hotel

"The hotel was very difficult to find the instructions given even the locals could not understand. There is no restaurant within walking distance of the hotel which was not stated on the web site and when travelling this is important." (97752072)

"A pleasant stay, reception staff didn't speak English but again with words, gestures and trusty dictionary all was made clear. A clean and pleasant room, with all the basic requirements fulfilled. Our biggest problem was finding it. The web instructions are not helpful and the address was not in our SatNav's memory, but by narrowing our search to the ZI Montplain, we were able to home in on quite quickly. All the rooms are ground floor, and open out onto the front car park area. Breakfast at 6.50euro was a bit steep for a buffet syle, and we chose to forego." (97932462)

Clean, tidy and comfortable.

Details of how to find it were sketchy and the address didn't feature in our SatNav - but if you head for McDonalds in the Commerical Zone it's just opposite.
