    Excellent service, rooms were clean and tidy, people were friendly.

    No one picked up the phone at all, when we put the postcode into our sat nav it wasn't recognised at all and there were no signs to point us in the right place.

    the young lady in the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful.

    The wash basin was badly cracked and the toilet was stained. There was no light shade on one of the bedside lights. The room was so small that there was about one foot space on one side of the bed and on the other about three feet maximum in which there was squeezed a small table and two chairs. There was only one skimpy bath towel? and two small hand towels for the two of us. The breakfast was 6.50 and was only a basket with two croissant and some small pieces of baguette and a choice of hot drinks. We stayed in a Premiere Classe in Boulogne the next night at a cheaper price with a bigger room and where everything was spotless and the shower room was small but immaculate. There the breakfast was the same price but included cereal, yoghurt, as much bread, toast, cake etc as you wanted. Real orange juice and fruit. We felt the internet advert was misleading and were really disappointed.

    "Adequate for our purposes, breakfast good but I could have been very seriously injured because of the slippy bedroom floor. " (108957100)

    Staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was far better than we anticipated. Room was adequate but see below.

    As a Company and to avoid litigious claims, you will I believe need to ensure more slip proof floor covering around the door from the shower room. I dried myself in the shower and came out into the bedroom and my feet shot from under me. I fell heavily and it was only because I landed on my elbow first that prevented me from smashing my head against the door step (which is metal covered). I was VERY lucky not to have been concussed or sustain a fractured skull.

    good location.

    Very noisy on two of the nights. People banging on room door screaming. Myself and my elderly parents spoke to the staff but all they said was no problem!!. I would have moved hotel but could not get anyone to understand our concerns and as I had paid in full could not pay for another hotel.

    Pleasant location, rear-by places to eat. Parking secure to a point, but fine.

    Room small. Shower head malfitting, no soap in shower. Poor directions to hotel which would have been more of a problem in the dark.

    "The hotel meets the needs of the occassional visitor although I would not wish to have an extended stay. The beds were comfortable and the room reasonably clean. Pet friendly which is paramount for us" (107593493)

    Lovely hot water and roomy shower but shower curtain is a nusiance as it sticks to your body while in there.

    breakfast was good.Sheets were clean and the room was warm on a very cold night. Adequate for an overnight stay but not much else.

    Room as too small for a couple. Even though the overall appearance was clean, the floor could have done with a good scrub. The furnishings were shabby and washed-out. Walls to neighbouring rooms quite thin, so you could hear what they were saying (and doing!!).

    Close to all amenities and motor way. Price of hotel would normally be ok. Digital TV. Damp on walls next to door to room.

    Mattresses were out of shape and lumpy. Air conditioning unit missing. General maintenance of rooms needs to be carried out.

    easy to find and convenient

    Incredibly noisy - shouting and doors banging, and cars racing round till about midnight - then I can only say it was like listening to a porn film going on in the room next door - shouting/screaming /moaning - you name it, we heard it - in the bedroom - in the shower - it went on till around 3am. Have heard the same complaint from other people who use these motel type places near the ports!

    For an overnight stay at a good price the accommodation was good. I would not recommend it for a longer stay. Staff were very efficient and pleasant on both occasions.

    There are no real bad points except to say that I wish the rooms were a couple of feet wider and longer.

    Fast check in.

    Reception not manned for check in between 11am to 5pm. No coffee or tea making facilities. Also I e. mailed Hotel after booking to ask proceedure on arriving to a non manned reception, but had no reply, so had to ring in the end, I was given a code, but this turned out to be irrelevant.

    room too small beeding replaces on arrival had to replace dirty pillow slips with no apologies from the only member of staff on duty.rooms too crammed so as to accommodate more. one member of staff on duty which seemed to be handling all tasks

    Cheap and cheerful

    The check in process after 21.00 uses a self service process, the computer was tempremental and created unnecessary hassle. The shower unit was small and meant that you had to dry yourself in the room. This resulted in a wet floor and two of our party of 15 slipped on the floor and injured themselves, one so badly that he was unable to play golf on the second day (not good when you are on a golfing holiday).

    Having stayed in many Premier hotels in France, we always know what to expect. These rooms are good value for money.

    Can often be noisy. Tea making facilities would be very much appreciated.

    Location; the hotel showed lots of promise which was let down by the condition of the facilities

    Airconditioning was not working during our stay; security catch on the window did not work so could not alleviate the heat by opening the window; I had to refit the toilet seat as it had come away from the toilet pan

    English TV, although picture dreadful. Nothing else at all.

    very basic, couldn't move in the room. Nowhere to sit except bed. Toilet cubicle dreadful.Couldn't park outside room.

    Impossible to make any contact with the hotel regarding the procedure for a late check in. It took over a week to obtain any response. Check in procedure was not as was described and took an extremely long time to work out very late at night and with a young baby. There was not enough parking at the hotel either.
