    Quality of room and fittings very good. Breakfast very good, though a bit pricey for our needs.

    Reception staff on arrival were very off-hand. Personnel a l'arrive ne s'interessaient pas a nous faire la bienvenue. Other staff later were very good. D'autre personnels pendant le sejour etaient tres bien.

    Staff were excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable about area. Very helpful.Car parking facilities were excellent and accessible.

    Our bedroom which was a deluxe room could have been a bit more welcoming, felt very sparse and we expected a bit more for 140 Euros per night.

    Excellent central location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Would definately return.

    Breakfast very expensive at nearly £15, but is optional and plenty of places to grab breakfast nearby.

    "The Hotel is in an excellent location in Troyes, close to places of interest, shops, eating places etc. The owners, who run the hotel personally,are exceptionally helpful and made our stay extremely pleasant. We in fact returned to the Hotel as we had enjoyed our stay the previous year so much. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast, which is not included in the price of the room,is excellent. We were travelling by train, but there is an underground car parking facility, and last year we made use of the bicycles which were provided for the use of guests." (97565767)

    Decoration was really good and the facilities very good too. Hotel was close to restaurant and city centre

    Because the hotel is in the city centre, it is very noisy at nightBar There are a few bars next door. The room was right next to the lift and very hot. Did not get a very good night sleep Breakfast was very poor considering the price

    "Charming welcome and great help with parking my car, which was too high for the direct access to the hotel (which otherwise is great). Would recommend this hotel for its welcome and care." (97261436)

    "The parking arrangements were brilliant - directly underneath the hotel. The staff all spoke excellent English and the hotel was very nicely decorated. We were surprised how modern it was when you consider that it is in the middle of a very old part of town. Closeness to local eating places made the lack of a restaurant unimportant, and the location of the hotel is first class." (97037263)

    It was very clean and spacious.

    We were expecting something a little more traditional because of where the hotel is situated. The breakfast arrangements are not very good, although the staff were very helpful.

    "The hotel is cental in a medieval french town and is close to all bars, restaurants, and places of interest. Altogether this is an A1 recommendation. D. Butt" (97399537)

    The hotel itself was in a perfect position, centre of town, it had good secure private parking and the room was very well decorated and appointed. Staff were pleasant and efficient and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
