  "The attitude of most members of the hotel staff was pleasant and quite acceptable. However, one member of staff was quite surly and unfriendly. The meals in the restaurant were adequate, although there was little choice at breakfast. There was a lamb dish advertised on the evening meal menu but, during every night of our stay, we were advised that it was not available. Unfortunately, my wife was taken slightly ill during our stay and we requested an evening meal in our room. The order was accepted without any problem and the meal was delivered promptly but, when it arrived it was cold. My tagliatelle was completely dried-up and inedible, as was the duck ordered by my wife. Our only previous experience of Kyriad Hotels was earlier this year in Rouen. Your Rouen hotel is excellent and is the reason why we chose Kyriad for our recent visit to the Bordeaux area. Unfortunately, this experience can only be described as disappointing and it is unlikely that we will be using Kyriad Hotels again." (97026268)

  The hotel is modern, our room and the public rooms were clean and pleasantly decorated

  Insufficient hanging and drawer space for guests' clothes. Probably OK for a solo business traveller, staying one or two nights but totally inadequate for a married couple staying four nights.

  il n'y a rien a redire, accueil impeccable, chambre d'une grande propreté,très confortable,calme,petit déjeuner copieux et de plus pas très loin du centre ville de Libourne.

  place de parking pour les voitures un peu juste.l'hôtel est très bien signaler en arrivant de bordeaux mais il manque de signalisation en arrivant de saint-Emilion.

  manque un mini bar dans les chambres de la chaine !
