  Safety was an issue, credit cards not accepted, cleaning service not good.

  "It was okay. Slightly unnerving, finding that you could book a day rate - especially when a group of young women and 1 man booked in, giggling just as we arrived with our children. It was hard to explain to them what they'd need the room for, if they weren't staying the night..." (107257282)

  The hotel let us book in early, and park the car, which was great. Friendly reception staff. The top bunk bed was made up already (wasn't in a competitor's room on another night).

  HOTEL: There was a hole in the sink unit, and a cigarette burn on the bed cover. No bath mat. Towels v. thin, and the bedsheets were so narrow, the children rucked them up as they climbed in. WEBSITE: Not being given an opportunity to book connecting rooms on the internet site: we had a noisy party next to us, but our children (13, 11 and 6) were the next door room the wrong side. Could this be something you can add to the website? Slightly misleading map showing the proximity of the nearest metro, which was a much longer walk than I had understood, and would have affected my choice of hotel when I booked.
