  "Staying at the hotel was simple and easy and meant that we enjoyed the visit to carcassonne very much." (108162380)

  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was good for reaching La Cite. Everything was very clean.

  We wanted to have the window open to get some air but the bar next to the hotel was very noisy till very late and so we had to keep the window closed.

  Convenient

  We asked for a quiet room many weeks in advance and on arrival were allocated a room at the front of hotel on the main road with the contiuos roor of traffic. We also asked for twin beds which we did not have

  "satisfactory for a one night stop over" (107910201)

  location.....inexpensive allowed us check at 12.30 pm before time indicated on booking form quite comfortable bed....clean...some modernisation obvious eg new windows

  accommodation is basic.....decor could be improved white painted walls were clean and bright....blue inset panels in doors rather ugly....unsure re cleanliness of carpet

  "Stayed for 2 nights in May 2008.The hotel is in a good location, a 10-15 minute stroll to the Cite. The staff were friendly & helpful, didn't speak a lot of English. The room was clean, double-glazed (kept the noise out very effectively) with a brilliant shutter system on the windows which kept the room dark & cool. No air-con, but a huge old-fashioned ceiling-mounted fan. The en-suite shower room was tiny, and the plastic shower enclosure was a bit basic. No lift.I thought that the hotel represented good value for money." (97063594)

  "Great news as soon as I came to Carcassonne: the air shuttlebus stops at the hotel,it s warm and friendly, the staff are very professional they dont ask questions ( I hate when they ask ).I appreciated a lot receiving a map of the town by the staff...very professional indeed." (97582362)

  The location is great it s near the old town and the town centre,it was clean and the breakfast was very nice,the room was big enough and warm and very quiet.

  "The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly and informative. Room was clean and tidy however the bathroom was very small. The shelf over the basin, which was tiny, made if very difficult when brushing teeth to get the foam in the basin. I would certainly recomend. Only a 15 minute walk to the old city which built up an appetite and worked off the cassoulet on the return back!" (97122190)

  close to town centre reasonably priced and adequate for 1or 2 nights stay.reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful.

  Suited our needs near centre of town hotel staff very friendly and helpful
