  "Hotel was fine for what it offered. Would have liked room that didn't overlook the busy road which runs 50 yards from the hotel." (107614895)

  Hotel was clean and convenient for Arras. Room was nicely decorated. Evening meals were good and so was breakfast. Staff were nice.

  Directions need to be more detailed, we spent an hour lost in Arras cos our sat nav couldn't find hotel! **Bathroom needs shower rail and extra towel rail.

  "Très satifaisant et le petit déjeuner très complet." (107743047)

  Cadre sympa, dans la verdure et les arbre. Hôtel moderne mais assez classique à la fois, chambre d'un excellent rapport prix prestations avec télé écran plat et bouquet satelite, salle d'eau avec douche soignée.

  Le seul légér bémol concerne l'absence de volets remplacés par des rideaux mais vu le cadre cela est suffisant.

  Personel accueillant, les boissons chaudes dans la chambre sont appréciables

  La cabine de douche est de bas de gamme, étroite et non étanche

  "A clean and welcoming hotel with a reasonable menu. Let down by poor bathroom facilities, and not impressed with the minimalist approach to the room." (97884806)

  Helpful and friendly staff. Good overall level of cleanliness.

  Worst performing shower I have encountered for a long time. Basin plug continually leaks. Very little wardrobe space. No drawer space.

  "That it was very noisy,that the beds were narrow, that the shower did not have a curtain and that the bath was slippery." (97289011)

  All info carefully disquised the fact that it was situated next to a very busy road with heavy transport using it throughout the night

  "the hotel was super - everything we could have asked for . We wished we had done a bit more research into locality because it did not seem to be within easy reach of the main town on foot and it was part of a semi industrial estate" (97033752)

  the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient, the hotel was very welcoming to our dog Monty, the rooms were designed to welcome dogs ie no carpet but nice hard flooring so no worries, the food was good, the wine was good - nothing was too much trouble

  the room was a little bit small but this did not detract from our stay

  "A friendly hotel with pleasant staff, Our dinner was good and the menu varied apart from the chips which seemed to come with most main meals. The staff were very obliging even serving meals to late arrivals 30 minutes after the restaurant closing time. Maybe a few too many artificial flowers in the public areas though they did make the hotel friendly and different to the usual very impersonal appearance one finds. A short drive to the newly opened World War 1 tunnels at Arras which were very interesting." (97909175)

  Clean and cheerful room with tea and coffee making facility and hair dryer

  "the review of the hotel said you could walk into Arras not so it was too far. the hotel was everything that I expected for the price. Good sized shower in bathroom. Room had every thing I needed. Restaurant was O.K.. Hotel is very good as a stopover point." (97275763)
