  "Very positive. Was given an unmade room at first but lady was very apologetic and problem was immediately sorted which was the main thing. We like this hotel and will stay again. I was surprised that the family room for 4 was slightly cheaper than the room for 3???" (107846906)

  Nice room, clean, good value for 3 adults, friendly staff; secure ample free parking

  "Really like this suite-hotel, have stayed before....very friendly staff" (107645498)

  Has a feel of independence, dish-washer etc. (which we didn`t use!).....very clean, good value for a family at weekend rate (80 euros)......

  no restaurant but the Buffalo Grill is 5 mins walk (turn right at the lights and it`s on right)

  "Excellent experience" (97992950)

  Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful

  My only concern was Reception closed at !0pm and I had to rush to arrive before this time

  Excellent facilities.

  A good distance from Orleans - had to use the car. Difficult to find - better directions would have helped - alongside the Stade for future reference.

  "Apart from checking out, the stay was a very positive one. There is no restaurant but 5 mins walk away was a "Buffalo Grill" which was an interesting experience!" (107126943)

  Extremely clean, friendly staff. Room is more like an appartment, with fridge and cooking facilities. Was ideal for 3 adults. Good car park, free. Great decor. Complimentary materials excellent.

  I booked a 20% weekend discount on active hotels which the manager did eventually give me but not wiyhout a fuss, telling me that I wasn`t really entitled to it because third adult wasn`t under 12!! The booking clearly stated we were 3 adults, so I thought his fuss was uncalled for. No real bar, draught beer didn`t work and bar person couldn`t find a bottle opener (luckily, I had one on key ring!) Service very friendly though! Wi-Fi didn`t work on 4th floor and even with a cable doesn`t work without a modem.

  "Staff were very polite. room was fantastic.parking was easy. This is the best hotel in this price range that I have ever stayed in and I travel to Europe 10 times a year.I am waiting for the other hotels to open in the near future." (97292370)

  "malgré quelques petits points à améliorer, je reste très satisfaite de votre hotel. c'est un hotel qui regroupe tous les critères pour passer une bonne nuit ou un bon séjour avec des tarifs raisonnables. Je vous le conseille très vivement..." (97624666)

  parking privé gratuit, wifi gratuit avec cable, chaine hifi, chambre propre, agréable, spacieuse et bien amenagée, lit très confortable...

  climatisation trop bruyante, absence de climatisation dans la salle de bain(c'est tolérable quand même !!! )

  "A spacious,clean hotel with excellant staff. The suite was well equipped, it was great to be able to make a drink at any time - a concept just beginning to appear in some French hotels.The fitness facilities and particularly the jacuzzi was most welcome. I would recommend this hotel and the chain with the caution that we found the bed to be extremely hard and to us therefore not very comfortable.(fine if you like a hard mattress.)" (97179751)

  The concept of the suite was very good and well equipped.

  We personally found the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable.This is the only reason we have had to mark down the overall experience as it resulted in a poor nights sleep - not what is needed when travelling!!! The cups provided were very small coffee cups- but the staff did when asked provide better sized ones.
