The one thing that we were puzzled about and that we thought was wrong was the fact that when we arrived there were seven drinks in the small fridge in our room. We drank two of them and these were replaced the next day and so on until we left. However, we only drank two drinks each night but we were charged for seven drinks per night. That means that we were charged each night for the same drinks 4 times. This, we feel, was bad as we should only have been charged for the drinks we actually drank.

Very clean. Perfect view. Excellant service.
No Tea/Coffee making facility's in room. Some staff agitated when i asked for two cups of hot water to make our own, but otherwise very helpful.

Nice room with old oak beams.
Electric socket on wall by bed loose. Could not get bedside lamp to work. Loud early-morning noise, bells and shouting, from cathedral and surrounding area. Seven soft drinks were charged for each night even though we only drank two each night. Therefore, we were charged four times for the same five drinks that were not drunk.
