    A pleasent hotel in a nice quite location

    My only complaint was when we were first checking in at 12 noon we were told we were to early and that we required to come back at 3pm, however on our return at 3pm the room was still not ready for another 25mins, however we felt that as we had to wait even longer we should be offered a free drink in the bar which was given but only when we suggest it first rather than reception saying "please excuse us and may we offer you a complimentry drink in the bar while you have the inconveniance of waiting"

    Excellent location. Lovely views from room. Reception and bar area very well decorated.

    Would have been nice to be able to sit at some tables outside on the terrace.

    bedroom breakfast was good and value for money.

    dining room was soleless and was vary poor value for money compared to the quality restaurants in le touquet itself.

    nice reception - nice location - very quiet

    I thought I was booking the Thalassio Hotel on the beach next to the Spa - the online advertising is misleading. The Hotel we wanted to book and believed we had booked we found at the other end of town when it was too late to have a Spa treatment as we had to go back. The sauna was dirty and smelly and the swimming pool poor.

    Hotel was good, well situated and well furnished. Very comfortable. Staff good

    No tea or coffee makinf facilities in the room Shower was attached to wall next to a low slanting ceiling which meant you could not stand up and have a shower.

    Breakfast good but expensive as an extra

    Room was expensive. Tired decor and furnishings. Common areas were in a poor decorative state.

    Quality of hotel, close to town centre and golf/riding facilities, friendliness of staff, swimming pool

    Cooked part of the breakfast was not great e.g. eggs and bacon, but rest of breakfast very good. Sauna was not operating on the Monday of our stay.

    Spacious rooms. Good bathrooms. Early check-in, and late check out was available to us.

    Bedroom furniture a little 'tired'. The swimming pool was good but could have been open later for adults only. Could have had coffee facilities in room.

    loved the decor!

    Hair dryer was bad Would have liked more shower gel/shampoo in bathroom. Seemed very mean for a 4 star hotel. Some body lotion and conditioner wold have been appreciated as water was very hard.
