  "OK but this hotel had threadbare carpets and needs updating" (107440933)

  Location very good and availability made this teh only choice in other words it was here or a park bench

  Booked a family room but ended up in a double room as they gave our room away. Luckily I was with my brother on business but it did not make for a comfortable night

  customer facing area very smart

  hotel was noisy all night we couldnt sleep so we left at 6am

  "very pleasant stay, lovely room, with all facilities, far better than expected.Staff spoke perfect english, and were very helpful, even printed a map for me.very friendly place, good breakfast, and so near to train station." (97667392)

  excellent room, very friendly and helpful staff

  requested car parking, but was not available at hotel. luckily, it was Sunday, and free parking opposite.
