    The hotel team was well coordinated. They were very positive, helpful and proactive with guests without being intrusive. I found them tres sympa and genuine. The evening meal was excellent. The service was prompt and very courteous. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room basic but spotless and very pleasant. Exactly what I wanted.

    Maybe give more advance information about car parking.

    The manager was excellent; very friendly with decent English. A person travelling with us was very demanding and he met her demands courteously and helpfully

    The only one - and not one for which the hotel was responsible - was that we were severely bitten by gnats (evidently they must all live in St-Omer!)- so if you go in July take insect repellant!

    WAS GIVEN A MENU WITH THREE OPTIONS OF PRICE.A MENU STARTING AT 15 EUROS ,19 EUROS ,AND 28 EUROS.WHEN COMING TO ORDER WAS TOLD WE COULD NOT HAVE THE 15 EURO MENU AS IT WAS THE WEEKEND,DESPITE THE 15 EURO MENU BEING VERY SIMILAR IN WHAT YOU COULD ORDER ON IT AS THE DISHES WERE ON THE MORE EXSPENSIVE MENUS.IT JUST FELT AS THOUGH THEY WERE TRYING TO GET AS MUCH OUT OF YOU AS THEY COULD.WHEN GIVEN THE MENU UPON BEING SEATED WE WERE NOT TOLD WE COULD NOT HAVE THE 15 EURO MENU UNTIL WE WERE READY TO ORDER.

    Bit hot in the room - no small window to leave open over-night. Very small parking area - difficult to manoevre a large car. Parking should be included in the price.

    Very clean hotel and pleasant staff.

    Bar closed at 23:00 without advising that no further drinks were available. This was only a minor irritation on one evening. Parking in the hotel grounds is offered at 9 euro per day but there was ample free on road parking behind the hotel.

    Easy to book on your website. Good confirmation form and very quick. Hotel matched the description on your website which is always encouraging. A basic hotel and a bit faded in parts but the whole place was very clean. Our room was pretty newly decorated the whole place and you felt that the sheets and towels were well laundered. The shower was excellent and clean. The reception staff were helpful and let us leave the bags at the hotel after we had checked out. Very good value and facilities for such a low price.
