  "The two members of staff really need to be monitored by head office. Most people couldn't be bothered to complain as the morning reception staff, as I said earlier, was an ignorant person as well. We travel accross France into Spain and Italy quite a lot during the year, we don't put up with bad staff albeit only two members. It is a shame but we vote with our feet!" (107224874)

  The evening staff were very helpful. We needed and iron on the first evening, the staff organised an iron and board to our room immediately.

  I have never come accross a member of staff to be so ignorant, harsh and down right rude as the staff member who 'runs' the dining room after 9.00am. She was so rude to most of the residents that we were quite honestly gobsmacked. The man who operates the reception in the morning could also do with a personality transplant.

  "Apart from one or two issues, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay & the location is perfect." (107162834)

  Excellent staff, superb location. Very well-kept & clean hotel.

  Room was smaller than anticipated. It took over a day to get the promised in-room tea/coffee making facilities & when it was finally delivered the tea/coffee was not restocked.
