    Breakfast was pretty decent.

    The triple bedroom we stayed in was basic but adequate. However, the air-conditioning didn't work. There was no shower curtain and the shower attachment point was at bath level, not higher up on wall as is normally the case. So to have a shower - after a long day of travelling, one had to squat/kneel down in the bath. I had a good laugh, but it probably wouldn't be so funny if you were staying there for more than a few days or had some mobility problem.

    Pleasant, very clean and quiet hotel close to the old town of Aix. Staff friendly and professional. Bathroom "worked"

    "A good position on the edge of the old town and at a good price for Aix. Very helpful and attentive staff. The parking at the hotel was very useful to have, though you have to wait on a busy road for the garage doors to open. Space in the garage is quite tight. Not a problem, but you have to be careful when manoeuvring." (107404208)

    Very friendly and efficient staff. The availability of a space in the hotel garage was very useful as traffic is horrendous and parking in Aix is a problem.

    No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom, which was a pity.

    Staff Excellent - with a good working knowledge of english (bonus as we speak very limited french)

    only one towel, lift very very small, corridors even with lights on quite dark

    Central,clean,staff competent.I asked if we could buy one of the bath towels as it was of a type my husband likes but can't find in England, and the manageress made us a present of it - nice gesture.

    Hoped for double bed but got twin beds - however,we only booked the night before and were lucky to get a room.Hotel garage had no space,although I had booked it. However, staff directed us to local parking at similar price. Room was on busy street with uneven road surface,very noisy. Rather expensive.The lift is tiny.
