  "we enjoyed our stay but was let down by not having the information on various means of public transport (ie number 49 bus) which stops nearly right outside the hotel and only cost 1.40 euros and can be used for trips into bordeaux and back for up to one hour the airport information desk said that we definately could only get a taxi to your hotel which cost us 15 euros so we were very dissappointed when we read the legal amounts that can only be applied by taxis for journey distances to your hotel. I think you should put the infomation on your web site for your potential guest, your receptionist told me about the public bus route back to the airport and saved me another 12.80 euros which it would have cost me by taxi the public buses run quite frequently so there is no need to take a taxi. I do think maybe that the people on the airport information desk are on a commission from the taxi cab drivers . " (108764391)

  close to the airport, non-smoking, quiet air-condition

  The room was very clean except the door had some drops of blood stain on it.

  The on-line booking information did not reach the hotel - The hotel therefore had no record of the booking.

  Clean and efficient hotel with good staff and close to the airport and a number of out of town restaurants.

  Very remote if you want to visit Bordweaux. Everything in the local area closes before 11 pm, except McDonald's. Very hard to find your way around the numerous junctions in the area.

  "The room was fine, the breakfast was not. The staff were pleasant enough but not helpful. To some extent, all was as expected from a low cost perspective, however it costs nothing to tell your customers about local transport, unless of course you're getting a kickback from a local taxi firm - which feels very likely in this case."   Price for breakfast too high / choice of food not wide enough. In summary poor value for money. Wouldn't bother next time. Staff unable to help with questions regarding local transport, happy to book a taxi to the airport at an extortionate rate, but failed to suggest the much cheaper alternative of getting a local bus. Not at all helpful.

  very clean and efficient room

  incredibly small room- had trouble getting all my luggage ( with children) into the room - not much space left for us.

  Hotelis 10 min walk from the airport or 3 min by bus. good staff and nice rooms

  i did not really found the one. the only problem i found was to locate the building. i did not know where to get out from bus? Receptionist could not either tell correctly which bus station to get dowm, but we found it.

  "A good transit hotel at an affordable price" (108039043)

  Very convenient to Airport.Very good shower. A good value breakfast. Overall good value.

  The bed was a little unconfortable. The mattress needs changing.
