the room was too small, the wardrobe inadequate, ridiculously tiny elevator, the matress too soft

"the other desk staff were very helpful. i stayed at a hotel de nemour in Rennes which was absolutely FANTASTIC. So, I don't believe that my experience in Paris is reflective of the chain just this location. " (107913145)
inexpensive
1. website defaulted to accomodations for 2 people (double occupancy) 2. hotel staff were confused by booking for 2 and director insisted on changing rooms to a single room since I didn't pay full price. the single room was a twin bed with barely enough room to turn and a shower that was awful. 3. the website that I booked through said there was internet connectivity. the sign in the room said there was connectivity in the lobby for a fee. Then it turned out there was no connectivity at all.
