  "It was costly, but I knew upfront exactly what the cost would be--no surprise taxes or charges. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it." (99550305)

  Beautifully clean, well appointed hotel. Fabulous breakfast meal, and in the same building a wonderful Italian restaurant, reasonably priced with excellent food. Good, hot shower with pre-warmed towels. Delightful chocolates on the pillows and bottled water and wine glasses. It was air-conditioned, and it was hot during our stay in Munich, so it was greatly appreciated.

  It was a rather small room, and the TV had CNN as the only Enlish channel. It was fairly costly. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together,but that seems to be the custom in Germany.

  "we booked the hotel without having been to Munich and was delighted to find that it was first class in an excellent location within walking distance of every main attraction. We caught the S-bahn from the airport and got off at the Isotar stop which was immediately next to the hotel. the breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff friendly and the rooms large, clean and had every amenity, large clean bathroom. The only minor fault was that the pay tv was not working and was not repaired despite asking 2 members of staff, this was very minor as we spent little time in our room. Munich is a lovely city, clean and friendly with ample places to go for a beer or a meal. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Torbrau" (99145407)

  The hotel was first class, in an excellent location just a few minutes from the main square and surrounded by good bars and restaurants, excellent buffet breakfast

  "My lady and I really enjoyed our stay. The roses, the ice bucket for the Champagne, the location, etc. It was fabulous, and we are both very satisfied." (99093330)

  The cleanliness and order of the hotel. The friendliness of the staff.

  I'd like to see a bigger elevator. It is OK for two people and two suitcases, but no more. AC in the elevator and hallways would be nice. These are minor issues that did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. I also expected to see the roses I ordered at the hotel instead of arriving an hour later. There was a disconnect about whether I was going to come down and get them or have them delivered to the room. I assumed you would have brought them to the room instead of having me wait until I became a bit frustrated and had to search for them. Remember, it was with these roses that I planned on romancing a very special lady in my life.
