  "We went for the Christmas markets and thought hotel was close to them but found we needed to use the underground to get there. Also we would have liked to find a restaurant nearby but couldn't find one that wasn't fully booked, just like the hotel restaurant. Apart from that hotel was really nice as were the staff especially the breakfast waiter who was a good laugh and one of the waitresses in the restaurant/bar who remembered our drinks order even when we had only seen her on our initial night and hadn't been there the next night!"   Clean, spacious and plenty of storage space. Being on the fourth floor we had lovely views.

  There could have been a mirror upstairs to use in the sleeping area while someone else was getting ready in the bathrooom.

  heating was broken and they did not have extra blankets to give us.

  "it was good and value for money we paid abut 2000 euruo for 4 rooms it was reasonable" (99633308)

  frindly atmosphere very good staff in reception restaurants bars etc

  It was a wonderful, large room. we reserved a double and got a apartment! it was very nice, but we didn't really need the kitchen : ) but we enjoyed our stay very much.

  It was great. My only problem was the broken hair dryer that ATE MY HAIR! it burned a chunk off after it got sucked into the hair dryer because the protective cover of the dryer was not there! it was horrible. but that was my only bad experience
