  Fantastic spacious room and good breakfast.

  Hotel bar closed during weekday evening which was a little disappointing when i'd been looking forward to a first beer all day long.

  "I had a very good experience. A small suggestion - As reception is not manned during night, I would have liked a number to ring in an emergency - fire, illness, etc. This could be put with general hotel information." (107314622)

  Friendly, helpful staff; free internet access; good breakfast; close to centre of town and railway station; quiet; good shower and heating. As a solo woman traveller I felt safe.

  the second night we got a normal german double room with 2 single beds pushed together and the room was nice.

  The first night addmittedly we arrived at 11pm which may have been the reason for allocating us with a small (queen?) double bed for 2 females. We had been expecting the normal 2 bed double room as we did not know each other that well and so were not very happy to be that close. However the next day we registered our unhappiness and were provided with a nice double room

  "My children are 3 and 15 years of age and both of them loved their stay at the hotel.Our room was facing a courtyard which meant there was no noise from traffic.It was very easy to travel to and from the hotel as it is near the station and tour buses.The food was excellent and the concierge was extremely helpful."   Plenty of room,lovely staff,4min walk from the central station and it was next door to the theatre
