  Personnel très aimable - appartement très vaste et lumineux.

  Bruits très nets de l'appartement du dessus - Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite pour accueillir tous les clients. 15 mns d'attente le matin du 1er petit-déjeuner.

  Well positioned for transport and close to major shopping areas.

  I can't say that there was anything I would class as bad

  "For the price this was excellent and I would recommend it." (97327731)

  Close to railway stations, both U and S, and on the bus route 109 from the airport so travel links excellent. Inexpensive hotel which was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful.

  Noisy at night and the heating was on a timer so if not there to turn it on after the cleaners had visited it was cold. The area was dull but safe, and near to the Olympic Stadium (3 stops on train).

  Location and cleanness are great!

  The single room was beside staires. Some people came back from clubs very early in the morning. Their foot steps wakes me up.

  "This hotel well positioned very close to s bahn and shops easy to get into Berlin , very clean and peaceful The room was comfortable clean and a pleasure to sleep in" (99569070)

  very clean adequate room good breakfast and friendly helpful staff with a good breakfast

  gunshop next door not a problem gives a strange impression

  For the first couple of nights it smelt smoky but by the third night this was better.
