  "Great location, next to the theater, we most likely will stay with you again. Thanks for asking this survey. For your next two questions, "Would you stay at this hotel again?", and "Would you book a hotel online again?" Maybe, I always book online, then follow up with a phone call. It did not work this last time with you." (108252189)

  The bed was comfortable.

  Online booking did not work, not even with a follow up phone call. I made our reservations the night before with a credit card and a confirmation number. Not there the next day at the hotel. There was a very foul sewer smell coming out of the shower drain in our room, 402, so bad, I skipped taking my morning shower. The evening of the 12th of September 2009, your bar staff served me a beer in a Hot glass just out of the dishwasher, she was not pleased when I pointed this out and asked for another glass. Also, even though your breakfast was 13 Euros per person, no thanks, I was at least expecting a small coffee maker in the room, there was none.
