  Proper maar heel basic.

  Veel lawaai 's nachts. geen gezellige omgeving. Meer een jeugd hotel. Zeer basic uitrusting.

  nicht sauber, Parkplätze hinter dem Haus nicht nutzbar für uns, da wir einen Transporter fahren, der nicht in die Tiefgarage gepasst hat, Zimmer absolut nicht so, wie im Internet, bzw. im Prospekt abgebildet, Schimmel im Bad, Duschkabine kaputt, Matratze total durchgelegen, Zimmer erinnerte eher an einen Kellerraum

  "We had a nice relaxing stay. We picked this hotel because it was close to the zoo and had a good rate for a quad room." (107554328)

  The room was nice and large and very clean. It was away from the street, so it was also quiet. The shutters made it very dark, so there were no problems sleeping.

  We couldn't get the TV to work, but since we didn't come to Europe to watch TV, it wasn't too much of a hardship.

  "Dirty hotel with inexperience staff. Reception was like a shoe box which I guess reflected the care and service. I would definitely not reccomend this hotel" (107671328)

  Location

  On arrival we were told the room wasn't ready and to come back 2 hours later. On doing so our credit card was charged before seeing the room. There were 3 single beds despite having requested a double. the room was dirty with several items broken, light, toilet seat. We asked to change room and were told to wait another hour. We couldn't get breakfast as the room was so small you would have to queue for a table. It really didn't seem worth it.

  "After reading some of the other reviews my expectations were not very high so I was pleasantly surprised." (107166069)

  Our room was clean and the value for the money was very good. Breakfast was also very good. Our beds were very comfortable.

  The bedding smelled of smoke and none of us smoke so that made it a bit hard to sleep as well as the noise at the beginning of the evening but it did get quieter later.

  Lage/location, Parkplatz hinterm Haus/parking behind hotel, Up-grade von gebuchtem Doppelzimmer auf Familienzimmer/up-grade from double to family room, nette&aufmerksame Bedienung waehrend Fruehstueck/friendly&attentive service during breakfast

  Etwas schmudelig, speziell das Badezimmer/somewhat dirty especially the bath room. Teil der Moebel beschaedigt/some of the furniture was damaged. Mobiliar nicht harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt - eher wahllos zusammengesucht/furniture not matching, rather tasteless&cheap. Fruehstueckbueffet fuer 7.90Euro sehr duerftig - besser man geht um die Ecke ins Cafe Journal/breakfast buffet poor for 7.90euro - better you go to cafe journal around corner

  good connection from the airport. nice glean room. nice polite service. We will come back on our way back from our holiday.

  We were satisfied with the service. No complaints.Thank you.

  "What the Active Hotel website described as Family Room was really just a large room with four beds, almost a youth hostel style room. Nevertheless, it was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offering was satisfying. Service was very friendly and helpful, and rates were reasonable." (97372674)

  The service was good; the Check-in time was flexible if you take the buffet breakfast. I paid the price of almost a night more for very late check out at 18:30 and was offered the buffet breakfast upgrade for free.

  There was a strange odder in the room and the corridor, maybe that of a detergent, and the bathroom was not heated, it was really cold there.
