    Very good, close to the airport, pleasant staff, lovely breakfast spread,

    No food after 10.30 pm , only pizzas available, though the bar man is great fun.

    hi the hotel was good i have stayed here before in 2007 it has changed a new food and bar area we had a meal it was good the room was the same standard

    did have to wait a while for food after we ordered and it was slight over done i had a duck dish

    Pres de l'aeroport . Apres un premier sejour j'ai apprecie cet hotel .J'y retourne a chaque escale . L'accueil ,l'empressement a repondre a un service demande .

    Je trouve les dejeuners dispendieux .Moins de choix et un prix raisonnable serait apprecie .

    For the price, I was disappointed in the hotel. I stayed in the downtown Steigenberger for a very reasonable rate, and that hotel is fabulous, of course.

    The hotel was excellant and cannot be faulted in any way. Staff were superb and attended to every request made of them.

    It was perfect in all respects, the best hotel we have found in Europe, all things considered, for vacation travel.

    Nothing: it was flawless. The only improvement would be to give better directions for the shuttle at FRA.

    Clean Room, shuttle bus to airport

    no kettle or tea/coffee in the room food in the restaurant was very poor - i ordered tortellini pasta with sauce which came out fried (not boiled as would be normal) it was covered in oil and I couldn't eat it. I literally had one bite and no more. I still had to pay 11.5o for it which I thought was awful as explained why I couldnt eat it. I had a small salad (side plate) instead which was 3.00 but I wasn't charged. Very poor experience! We eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

    comfortable bed

    sink leaked, and drain did not work. Card had to be in light box for room lights to stay on. There was no alarm clock in the room.

    "Wouldn't reccommend this hotel for seeing Frankfurt. Youre better off staying in the city. However, if you want to use the Airport as a travel-Hub to see more of the surrounding cities, its great because nearly all the fast train routes connect through the airport. Also local trains into the city go from the airport, plus, Frankfurt Airport have some of the friendliest staff ever!!" (99212864)

    Close to airport, free bus to and fro. Clean hotel with friendly staff.

    Free bus to the airport every 30 mins. You have to be lucky on arrival.. Checkin process was quite slow. no big deal unless you're really tired!!
