Friendly staff. excellent breakfast. Clean bathrooms.
Needs some updating. Carpeting in room needs to be replaced badly,filthy dirty from wear.

"On the whole we all enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Good value for money and close to transport to view all the sights." (107158449)
Where the hotel is situated was excellent,it was close to transport and shops. Good value restaurants close by also.Breakfast was very good an excellent selection of food and very courteous staff. Also umbrellas were provided for the unpredictable weather.
Language was a bit of a barrier as one of our party became ill and had to be hospitalised.Trying to explain the situation to a receptionist was hard work.We wrote the english down and they put it in the computer and got the german.

"Overall I was very comfortable and although the hotel was booked online i feel that more infomation should be given in respect of disabled people and the elderly." (97415110)
it was very central to the local shopes in a nice area of the city
having to climb steps inside the room. Also the bathroom and toilet was in a separate room with more stairs to walk down as I am disabled. I found this diffcult but I would come back

Fantastic location, right across the road from the U bahn. Easy parking outside the hotel. Contintental breakfast was good. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.
