  "Front desk staff needs to do internship at Disneyworld to learn some customer service skills. They almost always seemed a little annoyed that you are there!? You must learn shortcut to train station down street thru coartyard of office building to mercedes building and up hill to station. Forget about using the elevator(lift)yourself, the cleaning staff uses it all day to carry dirty linens up and down which are alyays in hallways. Owner or hotel is very bar is very funny and makes an AWESOME cheesburger and hotel breakfast is very good with lots of different items and alway more brought immed. Room is gonna remind you of college dorm. "Quadroom" four beds shoved in room where two should be so there is no floor space for luggage and you are tripping on your luggage all holiday long not a other stich of furniture or decoration in room for bargain price of 220 Euro an night " (97016075)

  Friendliness and happiness of staff, cleanliness of room and eagerness of staff, excellent location

  untidy parking lot (due to refurbishment works), would have liked more options on the TV channels

  "We found this place to be a good place to stay and good value for the money!" (108014682)

  The breakfast was good and the receptionist was very helpful and courteous! We enjoyed the stay because of the receptionist was very nice and she was very informational about the interesting places to visit!

  The only bad thing was the internet service is not available in the rooms.

  "Nothing fancy about this place. We stayed here for two nights during Oktoberfest. It was clean, which is essentially all we were asking of it. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but gets the job done if you are just looking for a place to crash." (97300168)
