  "moyenne, mais sans augmenter les coûts ce doit être améliorable. pour la réponse si après: non, si c'est quelques soucis n'évoluent pas" (108248958)

  bonne réception, localisation de l'hôtel,chambre correcte,

  le parking est payant sur le haut des escaliers de l'hotel et il est pourtant indiqué "parkint hotel carat", il faut deviner quelles sont les places non payante d'ou amendes!!! manque de sourire du personnel "petits déjeuners". repas du soir pris à la stub? de qualité moyenne aucun document ou personnel parlant le français.

  "The hotel is well situated within walking distance of the centre of Monschau. It is clean and airy and the staff are very helpful. There is a lift to all floors, but you can have to wait for it at busy times. The hotel has a very good swimming pool on the 5th floor, but you need to remember to take you room towels with you as none are provided at the pool. There is a fair-sized car park - but it fills up quickly, so best to arrive early if possible." (99443581)

  Excellent room and swimming pool

  The shower - difficult to keep in one direction; no tea & coffee making facilities in room.
