  The room is clean and hotel staff is helpful.

  Too noisy as the hotel room is next to the train rail track.

  very noisey. getting luggage to rooms very hard no trolleys . expensivde for what you got.

  "Lovely hotel shame about the nights, aircon would solve all the problems. Would only stay there again if they put air on in the rooms. Will be in Ulm in 2 years time." (107549854)

  food very good and well laid out.

  The room being on the 3rd floor was so hot we could not sleep the whole time we were there 4 nights. no aircon or fans, so we would open the window. The noise all night kept us awake.we tried to close the window but the heat was so hot it made us ill.so we would open the window so it went on all night.We asked the staff for a fan but was told they were all out.
