  "I was very disappointed about the rooms, mainly because I felt like the hotel had made such an effort with the areas of the hotel that could be seen from outside but didn't seem to care about where they placed their guests. The location is very good for sightseeing but if you want somewhere comfortable to relax in after a long day of exploring then these rooms will not do the job!" (107557105)

  Reception area is very nice and modern. Good Buffet breakfast.

  The rooms are very dated, strange decor and very old fashioned. The rooms do not look like part of the same hotel as the lobby and breakfast room. No tea and coffee making facilities. Requested a double room but had 2 single beds pushed together and seperate quilts. The covers did not stay on the quilt very well so the stains on the quilt were often revealed!

  Hotel location is fantastic for my needs which is why I always stay here when I need to be in the West

  The room (and bathroom) was very old-fashioned - the carpet was stained (it needs to be steam-cleaned or renewed)and the bathroom floor was not cleaned on a daily basis. The bedding was not very comfortable

  "The Hotel has excellent access to a reliable clean and efficient local transport service both bus and underground, no need to use a car. The transport services are no more than 5 - 10 minutes walk. The Wi-Fi internet service only works in the reception area and not in any rooms however as it is free this is a minor point. All the staff spoke very good English which was a bonus as my German is very poor. The rooms are large, some may say old fashioned but I disagree, it was a pleasure not to be squeezed inside the usual hotle box room" (97646268)

  The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfasts were fresh hot, the waitering staff were friendly, welcoming and considerate

  it was very central, and generally it was a nice hotel

  rooms very hot at night, and the safety box didn't work, rooms a bit pricy

  "Breakfast comprehensive. Staff helpful and courteous. Frontage and lounge bar ultra modern and minimalist. The rest of the hotel was like stepping back in time to the 70's." (99384665)

  Close to all amenities in Kurfursten Dam

  Gad no idea how to get service in the lounge bar as no visible bar. No information given. Eventually had to ask. Also hotel airless and very noisy when windows open.
