    Prima hotel, alles was vernieuwd, frisse kamer, alles perfect!!! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

    "Nice hotel located in the center of Cologne, with view on the Dom, 5 min on foot to the central station. Excellent saussages and meatballs for breakfast. Only 2 regrets : no bathtub and toilets in the bathroom." (108623797)

    Propre, calme, bien situé, personnel souriant.

    Pas de baignoire, toilettes dans salle de bain, un seul ascenseur pour tout l'immeuble, pas de fruits frais au petit déjeuner.

    A clean,confortable & friendly hotel in a central location. It was within walking distance of the main railway station,the cathedral, the shops.. and the many eating establishments along the river

    "Very good hotel. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english - but spoke to fast in German for my partner to keep up in german!! Breakfast was great and had very good staff working there" (99328607)

    the location is excellent. In the centre of town, close to shopping, bars, rail station and cathedral

    Cathedral beels go off at 8am every morning!!

    "The hotel and staff were exellent. Position of the hotel very central only a five minute walk from the Train Station. Food exellent good service. All staff very frendly. Rooms clean plenty of towels. Only one negative thing the room got very cold at night. I would defenatly stay here again! Well done Europa!!!" (99241435)

    "Good central location,easy to find,reasonable rate.We were able to check in early and leave luggage when we checked out. staff friendly and helpful- spoke good English.Single room was fine with good size shower in en suite." (99716653)

    Location excellent for Dom and shops/markets. Nice single room with all amenities-including window that opened.Staff friendly-nice breakfast/lounge

    smell of smoke even though I requested non smoking room- TV wasn't easy to use (but I didn't need it)
