  "A very disappointing stay, certainly not "management suite" standard as stated, and not nearly worth 132 Euro/night. Simply a one bedroom apartment in a suburban flat block situated in a dreary area with a very booring view from the window. The reference to this place as "hotel" on the webiste lead us to believe we were dealing with a professional letting service, but we were obviously dealing with a private person letting their apartment."   We expected to stay at a completely different address, more centrally. The address information on the website was very confusing, which meant we arrived at the wrong place. When arriving at the right place, there was noone there to let us in - just a dark block of apartments. After 4 taxi journeys, we finally managed to get in touch with the people who could let us in. The room we had booked was not available on arrival, we had to take a smaller room the first night and wait for someone all morning to show up the next day to let us in to the intended room - for which they suddenly needed to change locks whic made us feel rather uncomfortable. There was no daily cleaning service, no doorman, no Internet access, no English speaking TV-channels, no music system, no washing machine, all of which were promised on the booknig site. Entry to apartment via gallery style balcony which infringes on privacy, shutter for bedroom window didn't work, thermostat didn't work which made the apartment very hot.

  "Easy to book and competitively priced. The apartment was very well located all more information about what to do and local facilities would have been appreciated. The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean and secure. We enjoyed it very much." (99528124)

  Spacious, clean, secure and had everything we needed + very centrally located.

  Lack of city information and facilities for the apartment.
