  "Immediately on arrival we were impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The only thing that was a bit problematic were the directions to the hotel. The street numbering system in Berlin can be a little confusing and we were not aware of this and ended up taking a bus two stops in thw wrong direction. The room was clean, airy and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were no unwelcome noises in the night from adjacent rooms or from the street. The staff were more than helpful and always friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet and service was very good. The hotel was handily situated, a nearby U-station, 2 minutes walk away, and less than 10 by train minutes to the city centre. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel." (97461515)

  The room was clean, spacious and airy. There was no noise from other rooms or from the street. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were friendly and were more than efficient, often going out of their way to be helpful.
