"Staff helpful. Breakfast good. Lighting very poor in the room making it very difficult to work at desk. Was offered a dry iron rather than a steam iron which was totally useless in preparing for a business meeting the next day." (108345856)

Dry iron - outrageous to be offered one rather than a steam iron. You could buy one for the hotel for 20 euros. Laundry facilities are only useful for people staying more than one night. Staff did not speak any English. No international TV channels other than CNN offered.
