Staff extremely helpful

Difficult to get l;uggage from carpark into hotel. A luggage trolley would be helpful.

"The surrounding area was a bit commercial/industrial so I wasn't sure what to expect, but inside the ambience was agreeable and peaceful, more akin to a country hotel. Staff were both very courteous and very professional. I would stay here again if working in the area." (107132813)
