  "Friendly staff. Rooms were basic but of a high standard with a fridge." (107692974)

  Ideally situated for the train station, buses & trams

  Breakfast cost of 19chf seemed high. No eggs - not even boiled !However to buy breakfast outside, would have been equally as expensive

  "A more comfortable lounge and a bar would have been nice. We also thought that for 19 francs the breakfast was a bit basic." (97224547)

  Clean and comfortable. Handy for all sights and the railway station

  Tended to get noise from the mexican restaurant behind the hotel (we were in a rear room) late at night and the refuse collection early in the morning

  "Overall it was a good stay with a nice value for money. Provided Wifi access as needed (good bandwidth). The hotel location allows fast bus/railway connections to every place nearby." (97536982)

  Room. Breakfast. Hotel location is fantastic.

  Too much street noise in the morning, when streets cleaner vehicle and garbage collector do their job near the hotel between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM. Hotel street is dangerous at night.

  Good location, Free public transport card at hotel. Close to train station.

  "We chose the hotel because of nearness to station and said to be in quiet area. However,hotel looked shabby, needing decoration and recarpeting.Breakfasts were good and facilities in room OK although only dried milk plus 2 teabags provided daily.We helped ourselves to additional items at breakfast time and able to use fridge for milk etc. Bathroom could do with 'facelift'. Bath very deep for elderly to get out. Problems did not seem to warrant formal complaints and managers will be aware of situation." (97592171)

  Frequent Laundry changes,Free Geneva Travel tickets,Near station other transport & wide choice of restaurants. When attention dfrawn to loose fitting in bathroom, rectified without delay, and likewise battery replaced in room safe.

  Bathroom very small,most reception staff changed very often and lacked knowledge of Geneva. We understood they were on short term, fairly low paid contracts. Hotel carpets need cleaning - room, corridors & lifts. Some duvet covers need repairs. Outside noise levels very high especially from adjacent buildings on Saturday night 1-4am
