My booking was for 2 nights. When I was checking in at the hotel I asked if I could check out after staying one night. The girl at the reception checked my booking paperwork and informed me that there would not be any problem. I then changed my flight schedule back home and paid 200 Euro extra for this change. The next day I was checking out I realised that they charged for 2 nights. I arguedagainst that with the girl who checked me in one day ago. She said that she could not make the stay for one night. I said "why did you say one day ago that I can leave after 1 night stay and now you charge for 2 nights". She said she did not tell this first and then she accepted what she said. I asked her to sign a letter stating this and she refused. After all I got very angry and left the hotel after paying for 2 nights. I still feel very angry with her becase she does not represent the hotel. She is a "BIG LIER". I will never stay at Maritim again because I think that they do not train their Key Staff well on Customer Care.
