  Location, room, friendliness, facilities.

  Some facilities were only open in the afternoon, which was a problem for an overnight stay.

  "Whether disabled persons could be catered for. Perhaps a sample or two of the menus which was great for one or two nights but a bit samey for more than that." (99515576)

  Having to leave. Seriously we made two suggestions to the hotel on their form 1. The doors handles were not easy to use by people with other than strong wrists - a more positive handle would have been more helpful (they said that you could request a rubber over-knob that helps people witth arthritis. 2) The background music (Musak) got quite irritating after a while because of its repetitiveness and with only one type of music.
