Very well-run small hotel, Manager name: Antonio. Everything in good working order. Quite good petit déjeuner.

Value for Money, Clean, Friendly staff, Good Breakfast, Lifts to all floors, View of Matternhorn from the Room Window.

Very small room but cant say excatly a bad point because hotel is giving value for money as well, thus thats ok. But the bad point was not having a proper ventilation (exaust) from the bathroom, which makes the room air humid after shower.

Pleasant, helpful staff that spoke English, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious

The on line booking was new to me. The "offer" process through me. The service of the staff was excellent, it was different than I'm used to. The discription of the room as a "double room" was uncomfortable because I'd never encountered that kind of discription. We wondered why the beds were not single mattress rooms, especially since the size and configuration of the room was such that the beds could not be seperated.
