    "Poor" (108854952)

    Check in was quick but receptionist wasn't very friendly.

    Room smelled of cigarattes and mold. When we check under the mattress there were 4 unsmoked cigarettes with tabacco all over the frame. Sheets also had hairs. We mentioned this the receptionist while we were checking out of our room.

    fast check-in with pleasant staff. excellant advantage being just across from the airport I didnt have to get up so early

    not much of a selection for breakfast and no bar was a bit of a pain

    Excellent location just outside the airport with the connecting bus service to Frankfurt International Airport at the door step. Full marks here. Very clean room.

    The breakfast is not worth 6-7 euro, you can better have breakfast on the other side of the street - there are a lot of small cafeterias. No hair dryer in the rooms.

    "Comfortable as an overnight stay - - we arrived 9.30 pm Ryanair and took the coach to Luxembourg at 7.30 next morning - much better that arriving in Luxembourg in the "small hours"" (107728177)

    Well designed room. Good insulation from airport noise. Good breakfast.

    Floor of shower area needs improving to prevent water going on to main area of bathroom floor. Wall mural in bedroom - awful!!Consider collapsible stand for suitcase. Extra pillows needed.

    Check in was quick and easy. The rooms where very clean and well kept. Good size bed even though it was a single room, the bed was massive. Although the room wasn't warm, I didn't get cold in the night. Toilet and shower all in working order. Staff where helpful and spoke very good english. Breakfast was good and filling as with it being a buffet you could fill your plate as many times as you wanted.

    The rooms where advertised as sound proof, and although the plane noise was cut down you could hear the busses that ran throughout the night going past. If you have a late check in time be aware that there is only one person on reception at night and so be prepared to wait.

    Very clean and helpful staff, TV in room is good plus shower facility very clean

    Air conditioner sometimes made rattling noise at times and made it very difficult to sleep. Breakfast could include more English style things

    "Can't fault this hotel - the perfect solution to early morning flights from Frankfurt Hahn airport. You can catch the bus there the night before (it takes 1hr 45 mins from Frankfurt). The hotel doesnt claim to be luxury but has everything you need, well presented and maintained, including comfortable beds, breakfast from 4.30am, and highly supportive staff. As a result of staying in this hotel my 6.20am flight home was completely stress free." (107981644)

    Great value, simple, clean, comfortable. Cleverly designed room is simple but not a dreary box. Brilliant location just across the road from Frankfurt Hahn airport terminal (and the Frankfurt airport bus shuttle stop), yet quiet. Staff completely supportive and clued up about 6.20am flights, breakfast bar opens at 4.30am.

    A clock in the room would have been nice.
