    Excellent location, good transport options, facilities (especially the shower) were fantastic.

    Rooms a bit small, no mini-bar/kettle facilities.

    friendly staff, good atmosphere, good breakfast, comfortable and clean room, good shower, good music in lobby/bar area, reasonable priced drinks at bar, very good value, close to train station.

    No bad points.

    Hotel was excellently placed, very close to Alexanderplatz station so very easy to get to from Schonefeld airport. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our beds were made and room and en-suite cleaned thoroughly every day, we could not have asked for more.

    There weren't any!

    Check-in staff rather cold and unwelcoming WHY NO TELEPHONES IN THE ROOM? This is such a let-down. As a hotel guest, i would prefer to order a wake-up call by phone, not have to give a deposit for an alarm clock. And what if every guest in the hotel all want an alarm clock at the same time?? A small bar of soap is also a standard expectation in a bathroom - none provided, however.

    "Location is absolutely amazing, lots of brilliant bars, restaurants & shops close by, & it's so easy to walk to everywhere you want to go & if not the S-Bahn & U-Bahn are a 2 minute walk away. It would of been nice to have known that there is a DVD player in the room so that we could of brought some or if reception had some for hire." (97752681)

    Room was really quiet even though it's opposite the S-Bahn, the bed was really really comfatable & the shower is great.

    Could do with more hangers.
