  "Der Blick aus dem Fenster alleine ist keine €110.- wert" (108566766)

  Exzellente Lage direkt am Rheinufer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

  Katastrophaler Gesamtzustand, kleine Zimmer, abgewohnte Ausstattung, Schimmelgeruch im Bad, kein Aufzug (Gepäck musste in den 3. Stock getragen werden)

  sehr freundliche Leute, fühle mich dort sehr wohl, Frühstück sehr fein, direkt am Rhein, direkt in der Stadt - super zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen

  WC am Gang - entspricht aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nehme ich gern in Kauf

  Great location, good value, Clean and simple.

  No hairdryer(at least I could not find one). Shower - difficult to moderate water temperature. TV lacking international channels (except CNN). 4 floors with no lift would cause problems for carrying heavy cases

  "I think that the hotel has rooms of very different quality (some are very different from the ones from the photo galery) so as a suggestion for fair bussines the price requested should be attached to the very room that shall be received otherwise it is only a good business for hotel owners. generally speaking ... very disappointing." (107779888)

  - kind stuff, acceptable brakfast, fair hotel services

  - internet offer does not reflect the money requested, notice "We cannot guarantee these requests will be honoured" is not a fair bussines attitude, especially when the first room offered was of a very poor quality and we believed that for the second room offered we paided more than it worth it (no view,not cosy, not tastefully decorated, noisy and poor quality bathroom facilities)

  "Judgement reserved until all refurbishment completed. It has been a very good hotel on past visits and hopefully will be again. Comments as above.Don't think "bathroom aspect" anything to do with building however!!" (97114106)

  Room superbly well situated-could not have been better. Good breakfast-helpful and very friendly staff.We have stayed several times in this hotel in recent years and have found it extremely good, practical and welcoming.

  The hotel is undergoing enormous development which is going on around the guest areas, so allowances must be made. It will undoubtedly all be worth some temporary inconvenience. However the bathroom/shower/ toilet under the room was barely adequate.Minimal lighting and NO plugs for sink or bath!Very restricted space.The large apartment was very spartan and cold when when we arrived, but its inadequacies were much compensated by its superb situation and commanding views of Rhine etc. Judgement reserved until all building etc completed
